The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, is unable to unseat President Bola Tinubu in the 2027 elections, according to Minister of Works David Umahi.

Umahi claims that no one is afraid of Obi, whom he characterized as engaging in artificial intelligence (AI) politics.

In addition to challenging President Tinubu, the Minister bragged that even he would defeat Obi at the polls.

In an appearance with Arise Television’s “Morning Show” on Tuesday, Umahi reportedly said that Obi had failed in his role as Anambra State’s governor.

He claims that Obi would have resigned as governor of Anambra State due to his failure in the health sector and in the construction of roads, airports, and other infrastructure.

“AI politics is being played by Peter Obi. He doesn’t frighten anyone.

“During his tenure as governor, Obi invested in a bank while owing contractors, and the education sector was constructed around particular centers.

He declared, “Obi cannot even face me, let alone face President Bola Tinubu.”

In other news, Umahi recently accused Obi of constantly disparaging his character and integrity.

Speaking at the Akwanga-Jos expressway construction opening on Wednesday, Umahi claimed that Obi lacks knowledge of governing.

He claimed that by taking pictures of the poor section of the road and sharing them on social media in order to get cheap political points, the former governor of Anambra State was making a mockery of governance.

After that, the Minister issued a debate challenge to Obi.
