The All Progressives Congress, APC, has dismissed as rumor reports that it has withdrawn its 2027 Presidential Campaign Council list.

The party’s national spokesman, Felix Morka, while making this rebuttal on Tuesday morning, said the APC would formally announce any changes to the campaign council list.

This was after reports that the party had withdrawn the list released in preparation for the 2027 general elections.

Speaking to TheCable, Morka however stressed that the reports were without basis.

This is gossip. “Any modifications to the list will be formally announced,” he said.

As the party prepares for the 2027 presidential election where President Bola Tinubu is seeking re-election, APC has announced the composition of its Presidential Campaign Council.

The list has since drawn reactions from within the party and stakeholders, with some members raising concerns about the inclusion or omission of certain figures.

The development also sparked speculation that the makeup of the campaign structure could be tweaked.
