Nigerian relationship expert Blessing CEO has recounted an emotional revelation about her late nine-year-old son, Bryan, saying family members told her he had reportedly dreamt about his death before he passed away.

Blessing explained that she was unaware of the accounts while Bryan was alive. She said the information emerged after his death when her first son, Darrell, and her younger sister, Precious, separately narrated their experiences with the boy.

According to Blessing, Darrell remembered Bryan telling him one morning that he had dreamt he died. Precious also reportedly recalled the child entering her room to talk about a similar dream.

Blessing said her younger sister responded by praying for Bryan but did not view the experience as something requiring further concern at the time.

She added that Bryan had allegedly told his father about the dream as well, although he never shared the experience directly with her.

Reflecting on the incident, Blessing appealed to mothers to listen more closely to their children whenever they express fears or describe troubling experiences.

“Especially to mothers, please pick this as a lesson,” she said.

She also disclosed that Bryan had severe asthma, noting that she suffers from the same condition. However, she explained that adulthood had helped her learn how to manage her health, while describing her son’s asthma as particularly severe.

Blessing further said Bryan was very hyperactive.

Her account has renewed conversations about parental attentiveness and the importance of taking children’s worries seriously. While dreams alone do not establish that a particular event will occur, Blessing said she hoped her experience would encourage parents to listen carefully when their children open up to them.
