Chef T Set to Deliver More Fun and Excitement in ‘Delicious or Disaster’ Season 3
Food entrepreneur and content creator Tolani Tayo Osikoya, widely recognised as Chef T, has announced the third season of her culinary competition, Delicious or Disaster, introducing a more ambitious production aimed at celebrating Nigerian cuisine.
The founder of Diary of A Kitchen Lover revealed the new season at its launch, saying the growth recorded by the cooking show had created the need to give the programme a stronger identity and expand its reach.
Chef T explained that the latest edition is significantly different from the first season, which she produced despite considerable challenges.
She said Season 3 now has access to a purpose-built studio, stronger industry backing and an improved production framework.
“Because this is a bigger season, it was a no-brainer to officially announce the Delicious or Disaster brand to the world,” Chef T said.
She further described the programme as part of a broader vision to establish a Nigerian cooking format capable of attracting international attention.
According to her, Delicious or Disaster is no longer solely about her as a food creator but about creating a platform through which Nigerian ingredients, culinary talent and African food can gain wider recognition.

The competition will feature contestants competing in different cooking challenges. Participants will be expected to demonstrate technical ability, originality and composure as they work through tasks designed to test their culinary capabilities.
Speaking at the event, Lagos State Commissioner for Agriculture and Food Systems, Abisola Olusanya, praised Chef T for helping to draw greater attention to Nigeria’s food industry.
Olusanya linked the initiative to efforts to promote the country’s food culture and tourism. She also referenced Chef T’s role as the face of the Lagos Food Festival, describing culinary platforms as important avenues for showcasing Nigerian dishes and food businesses.
A diverse group of judges has been assembled for the new season. The panel includes Folagade Banks, known as Mama Deola, Gbolabo “Captain Gibbs” Adebakin, Opeyemi Famakin, Hilda Baci, Adeola Diadem, Funmi Ajose-Adeogun, Blessing Nze, Timi Agbaje, Omoye Cook and Tobe Ugeh, among others.
With its expanded production facilities and wider industry support, Season 3 of Delicious or Disaster is set to continue Chef T’s effort to build a prominent Nigerian culinary entertainment platform.
