Bolaji Ogunmola Explains Why She Keeps Her Relationship Private

Nollywood star Bolaji Ogunmola has said her decision to keep her romantic relationship private is intended to protect her partner from the challenges associated with being linked to a celebrity.

The actress, known for her role in Ajosepo, shared her reasons during an appearance on The Morayo Show, where she explained why she avoids revealing details about her love life.

Ogunmola said her partner did not choose fame or a public lifestyle, adding that it would be unfair to expose him to the scrutiny that comes with her career.

She also expressed concern that personal information could be used by others to embarrass or hurt them, making privacy an important part of protecting their relationship.

The actress stressed that she was happy with her partner and was comfortable letting the public know that without discussing their private affairs.

“I want to keep my relationship private; just know that I am in a happy place. And I feel my partner didn’t ask for this life, fame, so I feel it’s unfair to drag him into it,” she said.

Explaining further, Ogunmola noted that keeping certain details away from the public could prevent people from using them against the couple.

“What people don’t know is that they can’t hurt. So, I would rather say I am happy and blessed. God is good,” she added.

Her remarks reflect her preference for maintaining clear boundaries between her public career and personal life, despite her visibility in the entertainment industry.
