Hanks Anuku Discloses He Was Ordained as Pastor by Adeboye
Veteran Nollywood actor Hanks Anuku has revealed that the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, ordained him as a pastor when he was younger.
The actor made the disclosure during an interview on the Honest Bunch Podcast, where he spoke about his spiritual journey and involvement in Christian ministry.
Anuku explained that he studied theology at Redemption Camp while living in Lagos, adding that his decision to pursue ministry was motivated by his love for God and his desire to follow divine direction.
According to the veteran actor, many people are unaware of his religious background and involvement in ministry, but he continues to identify himself as a pastor.
He disclosed that his ordination took place when his wife was still alive, emphasising that his experience in ministry dated back several years.
Anuku also challenged anyone who doubted his account to seek confirmation directly from Adeboye, insisting that the respected cleric could verify the circumstances surrounding his ordination.
